Your data when you book
This page says what we do with the information you give when you book a 3D capture with VibeFinder360, and nothing else.
Who is responsible
VibeFinder SAS, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, registered in Paris under 102 496 775. VibeFinder360 is a business of VibeFinder SAS.
For any question about your data, write to contact@vibefinder.com.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, your venue or company, your email, your phone number and SIRET if you give them, and your notes on access.
- The place to scan: its address, its position on the map, the kind of property, the floor area and the options chosen.
- The booking: the date, the time, the amounts, the payment state and the record of what happened (created, paid, cancelled).
Why
- To organise the capture: offer you a slot, work out the drive to the address, send you the confirmation and reach you on the day. This is needed for the booking you ask for (GDPR article 6.1.b).
- To invoice you and keep our accounts, which the law requires of us (article 6.1.c).
- To protect the form from mass submissions: we count requests per IP address for a few minutes, in memory, without storing them. This is our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f).
- We send you no marketing, and we neither sell nor rent your data.
Who else receives it
- On our side, only the person who organises and carries out the captures sees your bookings.
- Vercel Inc. hosts the pages and the server, in its Paris region.
- Supabase Inc. hosts the database, in Paris.
- The Base Adresse Nationale (api-adresse.data.gouv.fr), the French state's address service, receives what you type into the address field, to suggest addresses.
- The OSRM routing service (router.project-osrm.org) receives the position of the address on the map, without your name, to measure the driving time.
Outside the European Union
Your data is stored in France. Vercel and Supabase are, however, American companies.
Any such transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, for certified companies, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long
- A booking that took place: five years after the capture, the period during which a dispute over the contract remains possible. It is then deleted.
- A booking that did not take place, cancelled or released for lack of payment: one year after the planned date.
- Invoices: ten years, as the French Commercial Code requires (article L123-22), in our accounts.
Cookies
The booking pages set no cookies and do not measure their audience. The language you choose travels in the page's address.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, limit its use, object to what we do on the basis of our legitimate interest, or receive it as a file. Write to contact@vibefinder.com and we reply within a month. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
The link you receive by email after booking also lets you view and cancel it.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
